We have been using Core™ in production mode now for a few weeks and in that time we have made a few updates to general functionality , user interface and just overall worked on stream lining our system more both from our technicians perspective and from our client perspective.
From a client standpoint, we have added a few little extras that help with keeping everything as transparent as possible..
We went ahead and added a visible time stamp column titled “Created” which is an exact time stamp of the moment your asset was created within our system. This means that you can actually track the amount of time it takes for an asset to move through our process in its entirety without worrying about a baseline start time. We have been seeing a solid trend of assets generally making it from “New” to “Sold” within an average of 14 days inside our system, Including shipping time!
I felt that it was important we added a legend for our clients so that they can have a break down of just what each asset status means. So I created a modal popup that shows a legend of every possible asset status. This means that our clients won’t be left wondering what it means when their asset status is: “Waiting For Unlock Code” or “In Progress”
Transparency is our number one priority and improving our system to create room for more information to be passed on to our clients is something we really enjoy spending time on.
That about covers it for Client side updates, Honestly I don’t think I would be able to even contain all of the Technician side updates in a single blog post.. But don’t worry!
